  1. Age requirement?

    12SLOT Customers must be at least 18 years old and above and agree to our imposed terms and conditions.

  2. How to open an account with 12SLOT?

    Go to "SIGN UP" at the home page of 12SLOT website and you will be brought to the Registration page. Please fill in the following information:

    • Name - Please provide your name as per NRIC. It is important for payment/banking verification purpose.
    • Date of Birth - Please enter a valid date for verification.
    • Email address - Please ensure that you provide a valid email address that is only accessible by you. Important account management notice, product announcement and promotion information will be sent to you via email.
    • Contact Number - Please provide a valid contact number for better assistance and for your account safety.
    • Username - will be used to login purpose.
    • Password - must be between 8 to 10 characters long that consists of alphabet and numbers. Always remember to keep your password confidential.
  3. Forget username or password?

    Username can be retrieved by email to us at 12slot123@gmail.com or contact our Customer Service Officer via live chat.

  4. Is my personal information secure?

    We will makes sure that your details are secure all of the time. We use the best quality security to store in secure operating environments that allow customer making payments online has never been safer. 12slot will not disclose your personal information to any third party.

  5. Forget username or password?

    Username is your email address. Customer can retrieve username by email to us 12slot@gmail.com. If member wish to retrieve password, login our web site, on right blank there's a forget password function, click and fill in particular details, password will reset and send to customer email.To retrieve password, you can click on ¡°Forgot password¡± and fill in particular details accordingly. Your password will be reset and send to your email.

  6. What is the supported currency?

  7. How to deposit?

    Click on the "Withdrawal" section and fill in the amount that you want to withdraw. Your bank account name must be the same as the name registered with 12SLOT.
